Senior Healthcare, Inc (SHC) is a management company with expertise in elder care services. We have been in elder care business since 1998. We provide consulting services to local assisted-living facilities in a wide range of issues related to aging and disability as well. SHC principals own and operate six similar facilities all in and around Montgomery County, Maryland.

SHC team includes well-trained geriatric doctor, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, nutritionist, and several county licensed nursing assistants such as CNA and LPN who all have several years of hands-on practical experience in taking care of elderly patients both in hospital and residential settings. Over the course of our decades-long operation, we have successfully built a solid professional relationship with a number of government regulatory agencies as well as with the network of healthcare professionals including social workers, pharmacists, medical suppliers, to name a few.

SHC is currently affiliated with Holy Cross Hospital of Silver Spring, Washington Adventist Hospital of Takoma Park, and Suburban Hospital of Bethesda. Our affiliated facilities include Himalayan Elder Care II of Ashton and Caring Companion, Inc. of Silver Spring, Maryland among others.

SHC owns and operates its own assisted-living facility with the name, Trudie’s Home in Silver Spring, Maryland.

SHC is listed in Dunn & Bradstreet of New York and has recently received an accreditation from The Wall Street Journal for inclusion in its prestigious listing under successful small businesses category. SHC has been an active member of Manhattan Chambers of Commerce, Manhattan, New York since 2015 and Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce since 2001. In recent months, SHC has started a series of initiatives to establish its presence in Asia and Africa to promote its expertise in American-style elder care services among the aging middle income population in rapidly growing local market.

Providing our residents with clean comfortable rooms, home-cooked healthy meals, weekly low impact exercises, memory games, and daily interaction with friendly, caring staffs have always been our priorities and the hallmarks of our service. We value and respect our residents’ individual interest, life style choices, privacy, personal safety, and above all, their desire to live a dignified life to the fullest.
